Foundations of natural bodycare, including oral care, hair care and Ayurvedic anti-aging strategies.
Samples, recipes, instructions and hands‑on learning you can apply immediately at home.

Join Sarah Drummond and Jennifer Ables for a deeply restorative journey into sound and stillness. Class blends the healing vibrations of crystal singing bowls, and tuning forks with gentle guided meditation to help you release stress, restore balance, and reconnect with your inner calm.
Whether you're new to meditation or a seasoned practitioner, this immersive experience offers a peaceful space to unwind and recharge.
