Cucumber Raita

Ingredients

  • ½ Cup plain yogurt (Greek/strained/thick)

  • ½ cup grated cucumber

  • ¼ tsp sea salt

  • Options: add fresh chopped mint or dill, cumin

 

Directions:

Grate cucumber in a dish with chopped herbs and pour salt on top.

Refrigerate at least an hour. Then mix with yogurt and serve.

Serving suggestions: serve as a sauce or dip with falafel, curries, veggies, chips, pitas or just about anything!
