Cucumber Raita
Ingredients
½ Cup plain yogurt (Greek/strained/thick)
½ cup grated cucumber
¼ tsp sea salt
Options: add fresh chopped mint or dill, cumin
Directions:
Grate cucumber in a dish with chopped herbs and pour salt on top.
Refrigerate at least an hour. Then mix with yogurt and serve.
Serving suggestions: serve as a sauce or dip with falafel, curries, veggies, chips, pitas or just about anything!
